A Global Organization With New York Headquarters
Hansa USA is headquartered on two floors in a Midtown Manhattan building, placing us at the center of the nation’s jewelry, fashion, and business ecosystem. Our team extends across the United States, Sri Lanka, India, and China, enabling 24-hour global operations and fast turnaround on development, production, and fulfillment.
We maintain a robust staffing structure that supports large-scale retail and e-commerce programs:
- A 20-person customer service team in the U.S. and Sri Lanka, providing high-touch support to SuperJeweler.com customers and B2B retail partners.
- A 15-person technology team based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with several members who have been with Hansa USA since 2000. This long-tenured group manages our e-commerce systems, integrations, data, and global technology infrastructure.
This deep operational foundation allows us to execute complex programs efficiently and dependably for both licensors and retailers.
In-House U.S. Manufacturing
Hansa USA also operates its own gold and select sterling silver factory at 62 West 45th Street in New York City. This gives us distinct advantages:

- Rapid prototyping and sample development
- Tight quality control and brand-aligned craftsmanship
